Simple Procedures for purchasing Historical
Documents:
1.) Buyer submits Letter of Intent (LOI) with some
sort of Proof of Funds. Letter of intent should show quantity desired, requested targeted
purchase price, plus person who you would like to have the bonds authenticated (if
necessary) at the Buyers expense. Please address Letter of Intent w/proof of funds to:
DHRC Properties, A Nevada Corporation and/or
their assigns
Attn.: Mr. Steven A. Curtis
Email Address: HistoricalDocInfo@dhrcproperties.com
2.) Once we have agreed upon price and
quantity, Buyer will place their funds in escrow with an Escrow Company of Buyers &
Sellers agreed upon choice. The Buyer will be able to view and immediately purchase the
amount of documents that equal the amount deposited in escrow. The individual historical
loan documents (Dawes, Young, etc.) presented to the Buyer will be equal to the amount of
cash deposited in escrow. (PLEASE NOTE: Upon written request and on the same day Buyers
are to deposit their monies in escrow, DHRC Properties will make available to Buyer, at
the agreed upon Escrow Companys premises, one Dawes and/or one Young loan document
for inspection. Remainder of quantities shall be delivered proportionately as Buyers
deposit their funds in escrow.) 3.) These procedures are subject to
change without notice. The bottom line is - if you have the funds / cash for the purchase,
we will sell you the documents. The old saying still rings true: Money makes things
happen!!!
Looking
forward to doing business with you in the near future.
